EAT Umeå’s ‘EAT THE WORLD’ series brings to Umeå a Venezuelan Arepa Workshop. The workshop is conducted by an amazing Venezuelan lady who lives, works, raises a family AND heads the Internationella kivnnoföreningen in Umeå. In the workshop, we will make AREPAS WITH 2 TYPES OF FILLINGS. Arepas are GLUTEN-FREE and VEGAN!!! Ingredients will be provided for the registered participants of the course. The cost is included in the course fee. We advise you to eat breakfast before coming, but leave room to enjoy the handiwork of the day! After the hard work, we shall feast together to celebrate the art of effortlessly prepared, ridiculously delicious food!!
