EAT Umeå’s ‘EAT THE WORLD’ series brings to Umeå an incredible Japanese Okonomiyaki workshop. The workshop is conducted by a food artisan from Japan and now residing in Umeå. Yuka has studied Japanese culture and literature and she now brings to us the wonderfully simple and amazing facet of Japanese cooking.
