'JACK-IN-THE-BOX CAFE' is a pop-up cafe concept designed specifically for children and young adults. The cafe essentially follows a food workshop organized by EAT Umeå to teach the children easy fika recipes after which they are educated in how a cafe is to be run.The idea is to inculcate the desire to learn more about food & to learn to respect the effort that goes into preparing food so the youngsters can be more concious of food waste.The cafe is in it's test phase right now.
